Academic institutions and CTSAs within these institutions realize the value of DEI in the advancement of sciences. Therefore, utilizing methods to even further educate stakeholders for DEI are important. Our straightforward conceptual framework focused on two unique ideas: the creation of the conducive environment and the creation and implementatio
